Mimosa Feminized is a citrus-charged sativa that smells like fresh orange peel, delivers a buzzing euphoric high, and grows with ease. It’s bold, fruity, and built to brighten your day.
Mimosa Feminized isn’t shy. This one kicks the door open with a big citrus smile and a head full of good intentions. Straight-up sunshine weed. It’s the kind of strain that gets you talking, thinking, doing. Or laughing your way through chores, if that’s more your speed. With THC levels that can hit 30%, it doesn’t mess around. But the high? It’s clean, happy, and just the right side of punchy.
For growers, she’s all reward and no drama. Vigorous, generous, and friendly enough for beginners, with yields that’ll make even the old hands nod in approval. This is the kind of plant that reminds you why you started growing in the first place.
If managing light cycles isn’t your thing, you might appreciate the Mimosa Auto autoflowering version. It handles that part for you and still packs a punch.
Mimosa comes from two powerhouses: Purple Punch and Clementine. One’s full of cozy body feels, the other’s all zing and zest. Together? Magic. Born on the West Coast and quickly picked up by anyone with taste buds and a grinder, Mimosa Fem blends old-school structure with new-school sparkle. She’s fruity, functional, and has just enough edge to stand out without shouting.
Take a few hits and it’s like flipping on a light switch. You feel it almost instantly. The mood lifts, your limbs loosen, and suddenly you’re chatting, smiling, and thinking a little faster than usual. Perfect daytime stuff. Not racy, but definitely not one to reach for before bed either.
Flavors? That’s where Mimosa really gets loud. Big orange notes right off the bat, with a juicy sweetness underneath and a piney bite that keeps things grounded. It’s like fresh OJ with a splash of forest. Clean on the inhale, slightly tart on the exhale, and the kind of aroma that’ll have you opening the jar just to smell it. Again.
Don’t let the cheerful name fool you. This one brings serious heat, with THC levels up to 30%. It’s potent, for sure, but not overwhelming if you dose it right. There’s also around 0.8% CBD in there to smooth things out a bit. Enough to keep the high from getting twitchy, but not so much that it dulls the edge.
The terp profile is stacked with Limonene, so it’s no surprise this one leans citrus. That’s backed up by Alpha Pinene for some sharp clarity, Linalool for a touch of calm, and Beta Myrcene to ease it all into place. Caryophyllene and Humulene bring a little peppery depth. Terpinolene adds a whisper of herbal lift. It’s the kind of combo that feels bright and heady without tipping into chaos.
Mimosa Fem might sound fancy, but she’s a breeze to grow. This is a beginner-friendly strain with enough natural vigor to handle a bit of clumsy training. She grows fast, doesn’t complain much, and bounces back from stress like a champ. You’ll get the best out of her with a bit of topping or low-stress training, but even if you just let her ride, she’ll still do the job.
Indoors, she’ll stretch a bit, especially during early flower, so be ready with some height management if you’re working in a tight tent. Expect her to hit somewhere between 100 cm and 180 cm under lights. Outdoors, with room to breathe and good sun, she can easily shoot up to 220 cm. Mediterranean climates are ideal, but she’ll do fine in any warm spot that gives her enough hours of light.
In a greenhouse, she’s a beast. The mix of controlled temps and filtered sun is pretty much perfect for unlocking her full potential. Big colas, fewer issues, and terp levels through the roof.
Give her 65 to 70 days of flowering indoors, and she’ll repay you with 600 to 700 gram per m2. Not bad, right? Outdoors, with a bit of care and good conditions, she can crank out a massive 1700 to 2000 gram per plant. Not fluff either. Dense, sticky, loud buds that stink in the best way. That citrus-pine funk fills the room before the jar even opens.
If you’re after a strain that tastes incredible, hits hard without fogging your brain, and grows like a dream, Mimosa is an easy choice. It’s not just another fruity hybrid. This one delivers. Big highs, big yields, and even bigger flavor. Whether you’re growing for jars, joints, or just the joy of it, Mimosa belongs in your lineup.

Growing well but still has a couple more months
i had good experience growing these seeds. i planted 6 and was able to sprout 5 of them, and those that sprouted didn't give me any headache. The buds are sweet, nice, and very crystalized. The effect is a nice daytime high if you want to be productive throughout the day.
I used the paper towel and shot glass method on 6 of my seeds and all 6 popped, I’m about one month in and they’re doing great, the growth is slow but it’s sativa and it’s to be expected, here have a look 👍🏾
i haven't germinated yet
Got these seeds after a friend recommended them. Germination was smooth, and the plants looked healthy. The final product was fire, but I wish the yield was a bit higher. Overall, can’t complain too much—definitely gonna be in my rotation.

Mimosa has a bright citrus profile with sweet orange and tangerine, backed by tropical fruit, floral, and light earthy notes.
What are the typical effects of Mimosa?
Uplifting and energizing at first, promoting happiness, focus, and sociability; some relaxation later. Best suited for daytime use.
How long does Mimosa take to flower?
Indoors, flowering takes about 9-10 weeks. Outdoors, harvest is typically early to mid-October in the Northern Hemisphere.
What yields can I expect from Mimosa?
Indoors, expect around 450 grams per m2-550 grams per m2. Outdoors, in optimal conditions, about 600 grams per plant-800 grams per plant.
How tall does Mimosa grow?
A medium-sized plant; indoors it typically reaches about 80 cm-130 cm depending on veg time and training.
Is Mimosa easy to grow?
Moderate. Mimosa responds well to topping, LST, and SCROG. Keep good airflow and consistent feeding to manage stretch and dense buds.
What are the THC and CBD levels of Mimosa?
THC is typically high, around 20-27% depending on phenotype and grow setup, while CBD is low (often below 1%).
What is the genetic background of Mimosa?
Mimosa is a sativa-leaning hybrid created by crossing Clementine with Purple Punch (Symbiotic Genetics).
Is Mimosa better for indoor or outdoor growing?
Suitable for both. It prefers a warm, dry, Mediterranean-like climate outdoors; in cooler or humid regions, use a greenhouse or choose a well-ventilated indoor setup.
What are the ideal growing conditions for Mimosa?
Aim for 21 °C-26 °C in veg (RH 55-65%) and about 20 °C-24 °C in flower (RH 40-50%). Mimosa is a moderate-to-heavy feeder; keep soil pH 6.0-6.5 or hydro 5.8-6.1.
Does Mimosa come in feminized or autoflowering seeds?
Yes. Mimosa is commonly offered as feminized photoperiod seeds and also as autoflowering versions from various breeders. Feminized seeds give you light-cycle control and higher yields; autoflowers finish faster (often 10-12 weeks from seed) and stay more compact.
