Receiving your order is where your real journey starts. It's therefore our top priority to ensure your order gets delivered safe, unopened, and undamaged.
Delivery guarantee policy for Track & Trace shipments
We developed several different stealth shipping methods, but this alone isn't enough to ensure a smooth arrival. As your order is sent from abroad and processed through multiple sorting centers, owned by different postal companies in different countries, mistakes can be made which can lead to delayed delivery and in some cases even a no-show.
Does this mean that we leave you with nothing when your order is delayed or won't show up? No, of course not. Take a look at our shipping & delivery page for relevant transit times. Please contact us if you haven't received your order in time.
Please note that our delivery guarantee only applies to tracked shipments.

We fully understand that both delayed shipments and non-arrivals are very inconvenient, as you most likely want to start. As mentioned earlier, we will do the best we can to get your seeds to you safely.
In case you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days after delivery. To initiate your return, please contact us, so we can send you the shipping instructions for the return. For more information about our return policy, visit our return policy page.
After we received your returned order, we'll refund your payment within 5 business days. Please note that receiving the payment back in your account might take a while depending on the payment method used.
Please contact us in case your order is incomplete, when you received other seeds, or when the quantity doesn't match your order. We will make sure you receive what you paid for.

As in most countries, seeds aren't considered an illegal substance (seeds don't contain THC) and because our shipments are fully discreet, we can conclude it's safe to order seeds. Yet, growing or importing seeds can be another story. We therefore strongly advise checking the regulations in your country before ordering.
For your own protection, we require you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, you confirm that you checked your local legislation and that the responsibility for the decision of ordering with Weedseedsexpress rests solely upon you.

You can change your shipping address in your account. In case you ordered without creating an account, please contact us, so we can change your address directly in our system.
Important
It's not possible to change your address once you have already received a shipping confirmation email.
Seeds are fragile. We, therefore, use sturdy protection materials. That way, your order will arrive undamaged.
In the unlikely event you have received one or more damaged seeds, please contact us right away. Take clear pictures of the damaged seeds (and postcard) and send the pictures to [email protected]. Damaged seeds will be replaced free of charge.
When ordering at Weedseedsexpress your order will always be shipped in a discreet / stealth package.

Our seeds are bred by our own team of breeders. Being the source, we decided not to use branded packaging. Why? Branded packs contain logos and cannabis seed-related information and basically, all our customers prefer stealth and discreet delivery. Combining breeder packs with a stealth/discreet shipment is contradictory and virtually impossible to offer with a delivery guarantee.
We ship with regular postal services in your country. This is the most discreet way of shipping. Because of this, we can also offer free shipping for most countries and keep the cost for a (tracked) shipment low.
Shipping to your P.O. Box is no problem. Just fill out the correct address details during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Your address won't be checked by us, so please make sure you provide the correct address.

In case of a bank wire transfer, you will receive a payment instructions email including our bank details after completing your order. This information should be sufficient for you to complete a bank wire transfer.
The description that appears on your bank statement depends on the payment method you select. In any case, the descriptor of the transaction remains discreet: no reference to cannabis, cannabis seeds, or anything else related to cannabis.
