This Gush Mints run doesn’t read like a highlight reel, and that’s the compliment. SkunkyDog420 set up a small indoor grow, picked a sensible light, trusted the BioTabs system, and mostly stayed out of the way.

Weeks 1 & 2 – Vegetation

Gush Mints came up clean and didn’t waste time getting comfortable. Over the first two weeks she moved from 1 inch to 3 inch, sitting under 18 hours of light with 25 °C days, 18 °C nights, and 50% humidity.

pH started at 6.2 and settled quickly at 6.1, where it stayed for the rest of the grow. Watering was intentionally light at 0.1 liters, letting roots hunt instead of swim.

BioTabs biology was introduced early, starting with Mycotrex and Bactrex, then layering in GuerrillaTabs, Silicium Flash, and Startrex. Nothing flashy happened here, which is exactly what you want at this stage.

Weeks 3 & 4 – Vegetation

By the end of Week 4 the plant was sitting at 7 inch, still under 18/6 lighting. Daytime temperatures eased slightly to 24 °C, nights stayed at 18 °C, humidity held at 50%, and pH stayed parked at 6.1.

Watering crept up from 0.25 to 0.5 liters as the roots filled out the 7-liter pot.

Weeks 5 and 6 are where Gush Mints really settled into herself. Height moved from 8 inch to 11 inch, humidity dropped to 45%, and watering increased to 1 liter as the plant started drinking with purpose.

Feeding simplified to Orgatrex, with the dose bumped in Week 6 as growth picked up.

At this point the grower noted it was the last week of veg. No rush, no hesitation — just a plant that looked finished with leaf-building and ready to stretch.

Week 7 – Vegetation

Week 7 felt like a deep breath before the flip. Gush Mints reached 13 inch, still on 18/6, with 24 °C days, 18 °C nights, 45% humidity, and pH 6.1. Smell was logged as weak, which tracked — she hadn’t turned the terp volume up yet.

Watering stayed at 1 liter, Orgatrex continued, and the tone of the notes shifted from observation to anticipation. Everything looked lined up for flower.

Weeks 8 & 9 – Flowering

The switch to 12/12 kicked off a clean, controlled stretch. Over these two weeks the plant moved from 16 inch to 20 inch, never getting leggy or awkward.

Temperatures held at 24 °C day / 18 °C night, humidity stayed 45%, and pH didn’t budge.

Bio PK 5-8 came in alongside Orgatrex, and the plant responded exactly how you’d hope — early bud sites set, structure locked in, no stress signals.

This was one of those flips where nothing dramatic happens because everything was done right beforehand.

Weeks 10 & 11 – Flowering

By Week 11 the vertical growth was done, topping out at 22 inch. Smell picked up noticeably and was logged as strong, the kind of scent that makes you double-check your filter.

Watering increased slightly to 1.2 liters to keep up with peak demand.

Buds started stacking for real here, resin showed up early, and the plant never flinched. The notes stayed calm because the grow stayed calm.

Weeks 12 & 13 – Flowering

These weeks were about patience. Height stayed at 22 inch, daytime temps nudged up to 26 °C, nights stayed at 18 °C, and humidity held at 45%. Watering remained 1.2 liters, feeding stayed the same, and the plant just quietly added weight.

Nothing to chase, nothing to fix. This is the part of a grow where experience shows — knowing when not to touch anything.

Weeks 14 & 15 – Flowering

Late flower arrived without surprises. Aroma stayed strong, buds kept tightening, and watering eased back to 1 liter. Feeding simplified to Orgatrex only, letting the plant coast toward the finish.

Weeks 16 & 17 – Harvest

Harvest came at Flowering Day 63, logged in Week 16, with the official harvest entry following in Week 17. Final height stayed 22 inch. At chop, the plant looked the part and smelled even better.

Post-harvest feedback was short and confident: strong high, sweet taste, fresh floral aroma. The grow earned a 10/10 and an Easy rating without hesitation.
