Cheese Strains

About Cheese Strains

Are you in the mood for a happy and relaxing rush? Alone or with friends? Then Cheese weed is a safe choice. Negative feelings quickly fade into the background and euphoria takes over. Cheese is also used to reduce pain and stress. And if you like cheese, you can't ignore Cheese. There are many varieties: spicy, but also sweet.

Besides its distinct taste, the quick flowering period (9-10 weeks) is another reason to grow Cheese seeds. Cheese seeds can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. The fact that Cheese strains are resistant to many common moulds and pests makes it an ideal outdoor plant. Keep in mind, however, that if your balcony or garden is close to your neighbors', the smell will not go unnoticed. This also applies to indoor cultivation. A good air filter is no luxury to filter out the characteristic smell.

Pros and cons of Cheese seeds

Advantages

• Strong cheese smell and taste.

• Consists of both Indica and Sativa (hybrid).

• Guarantees a very happy and relaxed high.

• Short flowering time.

• Suitable for outdoor cultivation because they are mould-resistant.

• Can also be used for stress, pain, and physical complaints.

Disadvantages

• The strong odor can make neighbors aware of your growing practices.

• Growing experience is a plus because you will need to top them regularly and will want to apply SOG/SCROG.

Features of Cheese seeds

Cheese seeds develop sturdy marijuana plants that are medium to tall. Indoors, they can grow up to 120 cm, while in exceptional cases, the plant can reach a height of up to 200 cm outdoors. Despite its fast flowering time, the Cheese plant produces a considerable yield. The average yield is 450 grams per m2 indoors and 550 grams per m2 outdoors. Cheese seeds have a high mould tolerance, which makes them ideal for beginner growers.

Growing Cheese seeds

Growing Cheese weed is quite easy. Even novice growers can achieve great success with autoflowering varieties like Blue Cheese autoflower and the Cheese autoflower.

Cheese is preferably grown indoors, but when placed outdoors it does love a balmy Mediterranean climate with lots of sun and heat. This means that if you want to grow Cheese on the Northern Hampshire, you should start your outdoor cultivation somewhere in May. Then the weather conditions are most favorable. You can start harvesting in early September.

Suitable for SCROG and SOG

Cheese seeds are also very suitable for a SOG (Sea of Green) and SCROG set-up. However, we recommend pruning the plant at an early stage to bring out its bushy structure.

Cheese Strains are suitable for

Users who want to feel happy and relaxed

Cheese makes you feel happy and relaxed. Problems or subjects that are bothering you disappear into the background. They suddenly don't matter anymore. The effect is more relaxing than energizing. The ideal weed to smoke with others, but also alone. Fortunately, it has no side effects other than a dry mouth and/or eyes.

When you want to taste a distinct cheese flavour

The complex smell and taste of this Indica cannot be summarized in a sentence. You just have to experience this for yourself. But the fact is that it is immensely popular among lovers of extreme and spicy flavours.

Advanced and experienced growers

No experience of growing Cheese weed is necessary. If you stick to the principles of growing, then a successful harvest should certainly be possible. But if you want to get the most out of your yield, then you can use growing techniques such as SOG and SCROG. Cheese plants are particularly suitable for this.

Indoor and Outdoor

Cheese seeds can be grown both indoors and outdoors. Keep in mind that the pungent smell reaches far, so choose a somewhat isolated indoor or outdoor location. More information on growing Cheese can be found in our growguide.

Quick harvest

Cheese seeds will be ready for harvest after approx. 9 to 10 weeks. On top of that, you don't have to compromise on yield because this is at least 400 grams per m2. Cheese is therefore very suitable for the impatient types.
