As your order is sent from abroad (except for US and NL orders) and processed through multiple sorting centers, owned by different postal companies in different countries, mistakes can be made. Although our delivery guarantee is for tracked shipments only, we always start an investigation when a shipment does not arrive. Together with you, the customer, we collectively discuss the remaining options to agree on the best possible solution.
