I have been ordering from WSE for years. I always receive my orders within a week. Great germination rate and fantastic harvest. My last order I did have some that did not germinate which is extremely rare. I contacted WSE and they got back to me within a hour. The next day I received a email saying replacements have been shipped. Their customer service is very helpful and easy to work with. I won’t use any other seed banks, I highly recommend them. This review is for anyone who may be deciding whether WSE are legit or not, Not only are they legit, they are the most professional company I ever dealt with. No Nothing happens without you knowing about it, youl get emails every step of the way,I ordered some Purple Kush seeds, and they didn't make it to me on the east coast of Australia, I sent an email and Quint from the WSE team answered in less than 24 hours offering me a refund or a replacement order. I have ordered several times from WSE over the past several years. I always receive my orders in a timely manner. I have had great success with with everything I’ve grown also great harvest. Only one time I had issues with a few seeds not germinating and contacted customer service, within a couple days they shipped new seeds to me which ended up with a great harvest. I made a seed buy late last year (2023). I'm a very small grower, mostly indoors, so I love that their prices are the best I've found for small quantity of seeds.I'm also a relatively new grower. I had issues with some of the seeds germinating with this order. It took me almost 9 months to complete germination of the seeds. Assuming that it took me so long to complete germinating the seeds that when i wrote WSE explaining my problems with germination that I would get a reply saying something like, Sorry you took too long... To my surprise they replaced all the seeds I have problems with, no questions asked!!! Not only that but I was given the option to have a direct replacement or choose any other seed from their site.
