Astroboy began documenting the Pinkman Goo's grow after the vegetative stage, but the results are too impressive not to share. Despite the late start in record-keeping, the journey through flowering and the eventual harvest showcases Astroboy’s expertise and the plant's remarkable development.
Vegetative state
Astroboy’s Pinkman Goo was in the vegetative stage with robust growth conditions. Throughout that period, the daytime air temperature remained steady at 29°C, while nighttime temperatures were lowered to 26°C.
This temperature management provided a stable environment for optimal plant growth. The pH levels were meticulously maintained at 6.5, ensuring the plants could absorb nutrients effectively.
Astroboy's attention to detail in monitoring pH levels played a critical role in the overall health of the Pinkman Goo during this crucial stage.
The smell was notably absent during this early phase, indicating that the plants were still in the early stages of development without producing significant aromatic compounds.
Astroboy ensured the plants received adequate water, using 15 gallons to keep the soil or medium appropriately moist.
This careful balance of hydration helped the Pinkman Goo plants establish strong root systems and vibrant foliage, setting the stage for a successful transition into the flowering phase.
Weeks 9 and 10
Astroboy's Pinkman Goo plants thrived in weeks 9 and 10 of flowering. The day air temperature was steady at 29°C, with nights at 26°C. The pH level remained at 6.5, and each plant received about 14.9902 gallons of water daily.
In week 9, Astroboy remarked, "Keep on guessing. Plants are bossy. Monster. Smell of heaven. It’s like a wonder garden." The plants showed vigorous growth and a heavenly aroma, indicating a promising harvest.
Week 10 featured an amusing incident: "Hehehe 😂 Plant number 2 was thirsty this morning. I gave her about 40 liters of water, and she came back to normal in less than 15 minutes. What a boss. Clean up soon." Astroboy planned a cleanup, preparing for the final stages of flowering and the imminent harvest.
Weeks 11 and 12
Astroboy's Pinkman Goo continued strong in weeks 11 and 12 of flowering. The day temperature stayed at 29°C, the night temperature at 26°C, and the pH level at 6.5. Each plant received about 14.9902 gallons of water daily.
In week 11, Astroboy noted, "Let them flower. The plant is very happy, drinking 15L of water every day. We did a big clean-up, but there is more to be done. We need a good tie-down for the season coming up. 613."
Week 12 was equally positive: "Just posting a fun 🤩 week. Just 2 happy growers, let’s go. 613." The plants thrived, and Astroboy's preparations ensured they were ready for the final stretch of flowering.
Weeks 13 and 14
Astroboy's Pinkman Goo flourished in weeks 13 and 14 of flowering. Maintaining a consistent environment, the day temperature was 29°C, the night temperature 26°C, and the pH level 6.5. Each plant received 14.9902 gallons of water daily.
In week 13, Astroboy was thrilled with the progress: "Pinkman Goo. Wow, wonderful strong grape candy 👃. What a monster, purple coming out of the nuggets. So far, there have been no problems. Let’s go.
Bubble Gum OG, massive strong structure, big branches, everything big on this plant." The plants displayed vibrant purple hues, with strong, sturdy branches supporting the developing buds.
Week 14 continued the excitement: "Pinkman Goo. I can feel it, the goo coming. Crazy purple coming out. 👃 wonderfully candy purple. The plant got buds everywhere. She’s very fast and productive.
Bubble OG looks like she’s going to have monster buds, and she smells amazing 🤩 as well. Five stars. "The Pinkman Goo plants showed a significant increase in bud production, with a rich, candy-like aroma and striking purple colouration.
Astroboy's meticulous care ensured a highly productive and visually stunning grow, setting the stage for an impressive harvest.
Weeks 15 and 16
Astroboy's Pinkman Goo showed impressive progress during flowering weeks 15 and 16. Consistent grow conditions were maintained, with a day temperature of 29°C, a night temperature of 26°C, and a pH level of 6.5.
Each plant received 14.9902 gallons of water daily, supplemented with 7.57 ml/gal of Optimum Hydroponic Grow and Bloom nutrients. In week 15, Astroboy commented, "Awesome genetic, no bugs, no powdery mildew… no brights.
The plants are booming and growing fast, and both are showing great purple. We live close to the water, so we get colder nights. :) Update today, September 20: The plants have gotten way bigger in the past couple of days.
I'm not sure if they are both Pinkman Goo since both have major purple coming out. If so, my friend has Bubble OG, ouuups." The cooler nights contributed to the striking purple colouration, and the plants exhibited vigorous growth.
Week 16 brought even more excitement: "We had insane growth this week. I need to check plants all over today for bud rot, so we can clean them off if they have any. It should have some. We are growing monster nugs, and it was a rainy week.
Crazy in love with my girls, and I am pretty sure they are both Pinkman Goo, so I will switch diary info. Insane, beautiful purple." Despite the rainy weather, Astroboy's diligent care ensured the plants continued to thrive, producing dense, vibrant buds with remarkable purple hues.
Week 17
Astroboy’s Pinkman Goo continued to flourish in week 17 of flowering. The day temperature was kept at 29°C, the night temperature at 26°C, and the pH at 6.5. Each plant received 14.9902 gallons of water daily with 7.57 ml/gal of Optimum Hydroponic Grow and Bloom nutrients.
Astroboy shared an update: "Did a big clean up #haircut. Pinkman Goo has about a week to go… we had some mould nugs, so we went and removed it. Number 2 has monster huge nugs with no sign of mould anywhere. Plant a boss; it might finish in about 10 days. Both plants smell super nutty."
The big cleanup helped maintain the plants' health, swiftly removing any mould. Plant number 2, with its massive nugs, showed no mould issues, promising a strong finish. Both plants exhibited a nutty aroma, indicating their readiness for harvest.
