Growing our Blueberry autoflower strain
Blueberry itself is a classic cult strain and originated in the seventies. In recent years an autoflowering variety has been created which carries all the familiar properties of the Blueberry strain. Blueberry auto is a crossing between the original Blueberry strain and the Lowryder #2. It is an Indica dominant strain with a dense bud structure. As soon as the buds emerge, which happens within a few weeks, beautiful purple flowers will arise and it takes another 8 weeks to finish flowering. The Blueberry autoflower strain can be grown in colder regions but will also thrive well in the warmer and humid climates. It is a perfect strain for first time growers as it is highly mold resistant and easy to grow.
Harvest and yield
After a relatively short cycle of 12 to 14 weeks from seed to bud, the Blueberry strain is ready to be harvested. It is obvious when the plant is ready, the dense solid bud will be soaked with resin. The average yield of 350 to 450 gr/m2 makes the Blueberry auto a high yielding autoflower strain.
Flowering time
When growing our Blueberry autoflower indoors the strain needs about 10 weeks to complete its flowering stage. As the plant starts to flower within 2 to 3 weeks, it needs another 10 weeks to get to its fullest potential.
